Take part in interactive demonstrations, understand how wind turbines generate electricity, find out how a rainbow is made and watch a hurricane being created, then make some fun weather-inspired creations including kites, rain sticks and windmills at drop-in workshops.

You’ll be able to take part in amazing interactive demonstrations and activities and see wind turbines generating electricity, find out how a rainbow is made and see a hurricane created in front of you!
You will also get the chance to make some fun weather-inspired creations including kites, rain sticks and windmills at our daily drop-in workshops.
While you’re at Enginuity you can discover how a little ingenuity will empower you to pull a 10 ton locomotive by hand, generate electricity from flowing water, build an earthquake proof tower or challenge our robotic arm to test the speed of your reactions.
There’s a soft play area for smaller children and a shop packed with great science, design and technology inspired toys.
Drop-in workshops take place daily from 10.30am – 3.45pm. Activities will vary from day to day and have additional charges.
